Forming the Mind and the Soul

Catechesis and Formation

Catholics must know their Faith in order to live it faithfully. Our catechetical apostolate addresses the full breadth of Catholic doctrine, morality, and spiritual life.

Our Approach

More Than Information — Catholic Formation

Our purpose is not merely to impart information, but to form Catholic minds and Catholic souls. Sound catechesis must address both the intellect and the will — equipping the faithful with the knowledge of their Faith and enkindling in them the love of God and the desire for salvation.

Our desire is to help form future generations of Catholics who know their Faith, love the truth, practice virtue, and understand their duties toward God, the Church, their families, and society. We draw from the perennial catechetical tradition of the Church.

Catholic Tradition and the Liturgy

Instruction on the nature and importance of Sacred Tradition, the history of the Roman Rite, and the proper understanding of the Traditional Latin Mass.

Prudence and Discernment

Guarding the Faithful from Spiritual Confusion

The faithful today encounter an increasing number of movements and ministries claiming extraordinary supernatural experiences, miraculous signs, private revelations, healings, and wonders. The Catholic response must be one of prudence, discernment, and fidelity to the Faith.

We therefore encourage Catholics not to be driven by a desire for extraordinary phenomena, but to remain firmly grounded in the ordinary means of grace established by Our Lord — the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Sacraments, sound Catholic doctrine, prayer, penance, and the practice of virtue. Christ is enough. His Church is enough. His Sacraments are enough.
